Can you pick us up anywhere?
Your trip needs to start in Chennai or Bengaluru for now. From there, you can request a journey to destinations across India, including several stops. Enter the actual pickup address; we’ll confirm that it is within our service area before booking.
Is the estimate the price I’ll pay?
It’s a planning estimate, not a confirmed fare. Your operator’s written quote should spell out the vehicle charge, included kilometres and hours, taxes, tolls, parking, permits and driver allowances. Read the exclusions too. If your route or timings change, ask us to update the quote before you agree.
Can I compare vehicles and operators?
Yes. Sign in to My Trips after requesting a quote to see the offers available for your journey. Compare the vehicle, seating, inclusions and total price—not just the lowest number. Offers depend on availability; we can’t promise that every trip will receive several offers or a cheaper rate.
How long can I keep a quote before deciding?
New operator quotes are valid for 24 hours. A quote alone doesn’t hold the vehicle. Choose an offer and complete the confirmation steps while it is valid; an expired offer needs to be reissued.
How much do I pay to confirm?
The confirmation deposit is 25% of the accepted quote and counts towards your final bill—it isn’t an extra charge. Follow the payment instructions shown for your booking. We only confirm once the required payment has been received and verified.
What happens if I pay for fuel or tolls during the trip?
Keep the receipt and record the payment against your booking. Approved amounts you have already paid must be credited in the final calculation, so you don’t pay twice. You and the driver review the itemised costs and agree the balance before settlement.
Will the vehicle in the quote be the one that arrives?
That is the intended vehicle. Occasionally an operator needs to propose a replacement. You should see the replacement details and approve it before it is assigned. Tell us if a particular model, luggage capacity or accessibility feature is essential.
Why can a one-way trip include return kilometres?
The vehicle may need to return to its base empty after dropping you off. That return journey can form part of the quoted cost. Our outstation estimator uses a minimum of 300 km per hire day; the written quote must explain the actual distance rule, overnight allowances and any extras.
Can we add stops or change the itinerary?
Yes—add the stops you already know in the planner. For later changes, contact us through your booking before the driver takes the new route. Extra kilometres, waiting, parking or another night can change the price, so get the revised cost agreed first.
Are hotels, meals and attraction tickets included?
Only if they are specifically listed in your written quote. A vehicle booking normally covers transport. Our travel guides help you plan stays, meals and visits, but they aren’t hotel or ticket reservations.
What if we’re travelling with children or someone who needs assistance?
Tell us before choosing a vehicle. We need to check luggage space, boarding steps, seat belts, child-seat availability and any mobility equipment with the operator. Don’t assume an accessible vehicle or child seat is included unless it has been confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Check the cancellation terms attached to your offer before paying. Refunds depend on those terms, timing and confirmed costs; the deposit is not automatically refundable. If your plans change, contact us promptly and keep the response with your booking.
